Initially this role will be working predominantly in our pop-up Tipi creating and presenting consistently high standards of light lunches and snacks for our homeowners and guests using local and seasonal produce from our local suppliers. Flexibility will be needed across the other venues, with the ultimate goal of being part of a bigger team from June in our new restaurant opening to the public.

What you’ll be doing:
- Prepare and cook simple but high-quality dishes, ensuring creativity, consistency in taste, presentation, and portion control.
- Ensure all food is prepared in accordance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
- Assist in stock control, ordering, and supplier management to maintain quality and minimise waste.
- Monitor food costs with the Hurricane Terrace Manager and portion control to ensure profitability without compromising quality.
- Contribute to menu planning and development, incorporating seasonal and locally sourced ingredients.
- Work closely with front-of-house staff to ensure smooth service and timely delivery of dishes.
- Respond to customer feedback and adjust food preparation or presentation as needed.
- Maintain a strong commitment to delivering an outstanding dining experience.
What we need:
- A minimum of Level One Food Safety Award
- Knowledge of kitchen safety and health regulations
- Experience of working within the hospitality industry
- Strong people skills, confident in speaking to people from all backgrounds with an inclusive and engaging approach
- Excellent team player
