We are seeking Front of House Team Members to us. This will be a zero-hour permanent or casual role to cover weekends and the holiday season, working varied shifts between the hours of 8am and 11pm.

What you’ll be doing:
- Greet all guests promptly with a friendly and welcoming attitude, ensuring they feel valued from the moment they enter the establishment.
- Take food and drink orders from guests in a professional, accurate, and courteous manner, ensuring all orders are relayed clearly to the kitchen or bar team.
- Prepare and serve drinks behind the bar efficiently, ensuring correct preparation and presentation of beverages.
- Provide attentive and efficient table service, delivering food and drinks promptly and ensuring guest satisfaction throughout the dining experience.
- Set up and maintain service areas to the highest standard, ensuring cleanliness and organisation, while also taking care of clearing tables and resetting them for new guests.
- Respond to all guest inquiries via telephone and email in a timely and professional manner, ensuring that all questions and concerns are addressed.
- Manage all payment transactions with honesty, accuracy, and integrity, using the point-of-sale (POS) system and processing cash and card payments smoothly.
- Assist in monitoring stock levels, identifying shortages, and reporting to the supervisor or manager to ensure consistent supply levels are maintained.
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations, including food hygiene standards and fire safety protocols, to ensure a safe and compliant environment.
- Proactively suggest daily specials, upsell food and drink items, and promote upcoming events to enhance the guest experience and support business objectives.
- Handle any customer feedback or complaints politely and efficiently, ensuring that all issues are addressed promptly and professionally.
- Work as part of a team, supporting colleagues during busy periods, and contributing to a positive, cooperative work environment.
- Participate in any required training sessions to improve service skills, product knowledge, and awareness of the latest hospitality trends.
- Actively contribute to our sustainability goals by supporting and promoting plastic-free practices, helping us work towards becoming entirely plastic-free by 2025.
