Housekeeping Supervisor

We are seeking a Housekeeping Supervisor at Lower Mill Estate on a six-month contract with a view to being made permanent.

You will be an enthusiastic leader, confident in overseeing the cleaning and upkeep of private and rented properties on our Cotswold estate.

The salary for this role is £23,220 pa (FTE £25,000).

Salary £23,220 pa
Hours This role will be 32.5 hours worked over 5 days per week, including alternate Saturdays. Weekdays hours will be 7am - 2pm with a 30-minute break, and Saturday shifts will be 8am - 3pm with a 30-minute break.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Oversee housekeeping duties to ensure high standards are maintained across the Estate
  • Support managers to arrange agency cleans as and when required
  • Oversee administrative functions such as rota scheduling, timesheet management, absences and annual leave requests
  • Support the training and development of team members, identifying and resolving performance issues effectively
  • Assist with other ad hoc tasks as required to ensure the team is fully supported

We’d love you to have:

  • A good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and the Office 365 suite
  • Excellent verbal and written communication
  • A proactive, solution-focused approach
  • Previous supervisory or management experience is desirable, particularly in a Housekeeping role
