| Hours | 0-hr role, with expectation for days to cover Mondays, Fridays and Sundays |
What you’ll be doing:
· Managing maintenance requests and liaising with the team and contractors to generate quotes
· Working in partnership to ensure guest and owner requests are responded to promptly.
· Conducting pre-arrival checks to ensure a seamless guest experience
· Carrying out reactive maintenance where required e.g. changing light bulbs, fixing blinds and curtains etc
· Ensuring compliance with all legal requirements in respect of health and safety, COSHH and manual handling.
We’d love you to have:
· Experience of working in a maintenance role
· Knowledge of H&S regulations
· Excellent communication and customer service skills
