| Hours | This would be a part time role, but we are open to days worked, however they would include some weekends and bank holidays according to rota |
What you’ll be doing:
· Managing maintenance requests and liaising with the team and contractors to generate quotes
· Working in partnership to ensure guest and owner requests are responded to promptly
· Conducting pre-arrival checks to ensure a seamless guest experience
· Carrying out reactive maintenance where required e.g. changing light bulbs, fixing blinds and curtains etc
· Ensuring compliance with all legal requirements in respect of health and safety, COSHH and manual handling
Required:
- Driving Licence
- At least 3 years of maintenance experience

- Knowledge of H&S regulations
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
