Salary | £28,000 per annum experience with a commission structure of 1% on the commission received from each Silverlake and Lower Mill Estate resale. |
Hours | Working hours are 5 days per week, Monday to Friday 09:00 am – 5:00 pm with Saturdays included where required. Any days worked over the 5 days shall be rewarded in TOIL. |
We are seeking to recruit an enthusiastic and driven Sales Executive to support the full sales process across all of our luxury estates, with assistance from the Group Sales and Marketing Director and the Senior Sales Manager. This role is based in Silverlake, Dorchester with monthly travel required to Lower Mill Estate in the Cotswolds.
The starting salary is £28,000 per annum with a commission structure of 1% on the commission received from each Silverlake and Lower Mill Estate resale. We are open to flexibility on the salary for candidates who bring exceptional expertise and experience.

What you’ll be doing:
- Administrative support to the Lower Mill and Silverlake on-site Sales Teams
- Organisation of Sales diaries, client appointments and general meetings
- Arranging resales listings, photography and client management for Resales at both estates
- Organisation of show homes, sales vehicles, property presentation and general sales marketing collateral
- Manage 3rd party property sales portals i.e. Rightmove, On The Market etc
- Update key information via general administration and sales reporting on Salesforce CRM
- Assist with sales progression and conveyancing, instructing architects and solicitors, and collating build plans, elevations and conveyancing packs.
We’d love you to have:
- Relevant industry experience and knowledge of the local market
- Experience in the use of Salesforce, Trello, Microsoft Office and Teams
- Experience in conveyancing and progressing deals from reservation to completion
- Excellent administrative and organisational skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with colleagues, guests, and property owners
