We are seeking a Spa Duty Receptionist to join our Hurricane Spa Team at our Silverlake estate on a permanent, part-time basis, working 30 hours a week.
What you’ll be doing:
- Providing exceptional customer service to guests, greeting property owners and guests in a warm and welcoming manner
- Carry out reception procedures including opening and closing the Spa, pool chemical checks, stock replenishment, updating records and undertaking administration.
- Undertake daily inspections of all Spa areas, ensuring health and safety regulations are met at all times
We’d love you to have:
- Spa and / or customer service experience
- Knowledge of basic Microsoft packages
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Willingness to complete First Aid training if required
